Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
Customers can request returns within 7–14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- All original tags must remain intact.
Note: Returns are not accepted for sale/discounted items, innerwear/accessories, and customized products.
Exchanges
- Size exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the desired size is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a full refund.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed after product inspection at our facility.
- The refund amount will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds can be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Reverse Pickup
- We offer free reverse pickup in selected pin codes.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, the customer will need to ship the item back to our address.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Products
Customers must report damaged or wrong products within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof. Upon verification, we will issue an immediate replacement or full refund.
Cancellation
Orders can be canceled at any time before shipping. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
